According to the dictionary calm is defined as:
- not showing or feeling nervousness, anger, or other emotions;
- the absence of violent or confrontational activity within a place or group.
Synonyms: serene, tranquil, relaxed, unruffled, unperturbed, unflustered, untroubled.
This has been one of the most difficult tools to attain, but it has proven to be so helpful in our family in certain situations.
This tool in the toolbox is for the adults and by transmission, becomes true to the kids.
This tool is essential for the adults or caregivers.
In our situation, we were guided to practice calm based on feedback from our team and assisted to learn how to do so.
